- Looking beyond Sunday’s latest SpaceX Cargo Dragon mission to the ISS, the 10th SpaceX Super Heavy/Starship flight test from South Texas has been rescheduled for Monday at 7:30 p.m. EDT. A ground system issue prompted a scrub of Sunday’s launch attempt.
- The FAA is hosting two sessions on Tuesday and two more on Thursday near the Kennedy Space Center launch complex. The sessions are to gather public comments regarding a Draft Environmental Impact Statement focused on SpaceX’s plans to launch and land up to 45 Super Heavy/Starship missions annually from Kennedy.
- The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine is hosting a panel session on human, biological and heliophysics science opportunities at nonpolar locations on the Moon over Monday through Wednesday.
- SpaceNews is hosting a virtual Nuclear Power in Space session on Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. EDT.
- With the approach of September, the U.S. House and Senate are preparing to return to Washington in an effort to wrap up their budget activities prior to the October 1 start of the 2026 fiscal year.
