D. From the Huntsville Times., In Alabama, local leaders rally behind NASA’s Constellation Program urging a new display of public support to save the back-to-the-moon program. “The next 90 days is going to be pretty important for us,”  says Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle.

3. From the Houston Chronicle, The Texas Workforce Commission announces effort to assist workers from NASA’s Johnson Space Center,who face job losses. Some help is in form of emergency funding. As many as 7,000 workers in jeopardy as the shuttle retires.
