Welcome to the “Test Before You Fly – Verification of Advanced Launch Vehicle Designs by Ground Test” webinar, the sixth session in the Space 101 series. Hosted by the Coalition for Deep Space Exploration, the series aims to provide an understanding of the fundamentals of the technology needed to return to the Moon and answer questions surrounding NASA’s upcoming Artemis I mission.
The webinar took place on May 13 via WebEx, and covered topics such as the structural testing of the Artemis I rocket core stage to demonstrate how it will withstand the tremendous forces experienced during launch and flight of the mission.
