Three days after the probe’s historic flyby of Pluto, New Horizons caught an image of the night side of Pluto’s moon Charon.

Some New Horizons images show a surface marred by a network of fissures and a notably spherical shape–hints that Pluto could host a subsurface ocean beneath its crust.
